f you have entered the documents correctly and your application has been approved, you must make the payment.

Once the payment has been validated and received, your card will be issued and you will receive an email with the card details.

There are several reasons why we may not approve your card application, for example:

• The photo does not meet the requirements for issuing an identification card;

• The student/teacher proof submitted is not up to date or does not include the required information;

• The proof of date of birth does not clearly show the necessary details;

• The uploaded files cannot be opened.

Your card is processed and printed on the working day we receive your payment, within our business hours, provided the payment is identified in our account by 3:00 PM.

However, we always suggest that you check your Spam folder to make sure you have not received the email with your new card details or any communication from ISIC Portugal.

If you ordered a physical card, have completed the payment, and have not yet received it at your address, please contact us at info@isic.pt for more information regarding your card delivery.

To receive your physical card, please make a bank transfer for the shipping fee to the following IBAN: PT50 0035 0127 00057215130 54, and send an email to pagamentos@isic.pt with the following details:

• Proof of payment of the shipping fee (Standard Registered Mail – €3.20);

• Delivery address (we only ship to addresses in Portugal);

• Identification of the card you wish to receive (cardholder name and/or card number).
