I've already finished my card application, but I haven't received any email yet. What should I do?

The issuance of your card is not immediate. You should wait for your School to validate your application and, only after validation, your card can be issued (if you meet the requirements). After approval, you will receive an email with your card number.

We always suggest checking your spam box. Please ensure you have not received an email with your new card details or any communication from ISIC Portugal before contacting us.

My card has not been issued yet, what might be the reason?

There are several reasons why we haven't issued your card, for example:

Your School has not yet approved your card application;
Your School has not approved your card application because you do not have active enrollment or other reason;
The photo does not meet the requirements for issuing an identification card;
The data of your proof of birth date is not visible;
Uploaded files do not open.

I have my virtual card, but I want to receive a plastic card, how should I proceed?
